Should I Move to a Non-legal State

This is a question only a parent or family can answer, but we consistently hear stories from parents:

• Who jumped on the chance to leave a rec-legal state when a job or transfer opportunity to a non-legal state became available.

• Who live in states that approved recreational legalization & whose kids have come to them with stories of, “I can’t find friends anymore who don’t smoke. I don’t know what to do.”

• Who are contemplating suing their employer for damages to their children’s mental health from marijuana use that started after they were transferred to a rec-legal state - with no warning about the difficult environment they were being moved to.
